Let's gather to explore the power of silence and mindfulness in our daily lives at Mind The Gap: Silence Practice.
I am looking to virtually host anyone who wants or need to sit/stand / walk in silence. I found silence practice very beneficial and see it as a "mindfulness gap" that we can cultivate. Anyone who comes into the Zoom room is the right person so the session is open to all. Key features are:
Total duration: 60 mins
Programme:
First 40 mins = Silence practice
Last 15 - 20 mins = Closing circle (Participants can share 1 comment/insight etc as long as they are comfortable and we would go round the Zoom room to hold space for anyone to share. If you do not wish to say anything, it is fine too.)
Participants can leave the moment they feel done and ready to go.
This is a free event and is open to all who wish to spend 60 mins for silence practice. If anyone wants to talk to me, or seek organisational development, well-being advice or consultancy, they can stay back and exchange contact with me.
