Unwind with a cup of coffee or tea as you explore your creative side and experience the therapeutic benefits of crafting. These delightful sessions are inclusive, supportive, and fun—an opportunity for you to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of everyday motherhood. Think of it as your personal ‘creative escape,’ where you can unwind and recharge.

Facilitated by Ms. Yammie Chin (Registered Clinical Psychologist & Perinatal Mental Health Specialist), each workshop will explore a different theme. You'll dive into creative tools and techniques ranging from doodling and collage to colouring, creative list-making, and poetry. Each session includes a guided mindfulness meditation to help you start on a calm note.

Our aim is to create a positive, uplifting environment. Enjoy simple, step-by-step mindful and creative activities designed to help you step out of your busy mind and into something fun and new. Connect and chat with other mothers (new, experienced, pregnant) in a welcoming and friendly space.

No prior art experience is required—just a willingness to explore and find your pocket of peace. All materials are provided, and you'll get to take home your creative work.

Create your own hand-stitched lavender sachets—perfect for tucking into drawers, under pillows, or gifting with love. Using repurposed fabric from beloved old clothes or soft felt, each sachet becomes a tiny treasure filled with soothing lavender, stitched with care and intention.
