Mindful Discussions is designed for startup founders and SMB owners who want strategic coaching, peer insights, and a safe, confidential space to tackle business challenges. Participants must be decision-makers in their business.

How does the session work?

Each 3-hour session features 6 participants. Every person gets a dedicated 30-minute slot: 25 minutes of one-on-one coaching, followed by 5 minutes of feedback from fellow participants. Sessions are held in a private, structured format.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. All participants are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before attending. This ensures that everyone can speak openly and honestly.

When and where does it happen?

The sessions take place virtually or at a designated venue (depending on the cohort) on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (GMT+8).
