Everyone has mental health, even our children. Just as we care for our physical health, it is important for us to care for our mental health. Let’s take steps to create a supportive environment where we nurture young minds and build happy lives together!
Led by practitioners from Singapore Children’s Society, Our Family Mental Wellness Workshop is a parent-child workshop that promotes positive family mental health. Through fun activities, families will have the opportunity to bond, engage in meaningful conversations while deepening their understanding on the importance of maintaining a positive mental wellness within the family.
Learning Outcome:
- Children will learn the importance of caring for their mental health, along with how to recognise early warning signs and symptoms of distress.
