This series is facilitated by Ms Yammie Chin, co-founder of Holding Ground (Psychology Practice). She is a Principal Clinical Psychologist (MSPS, Registered Psychologist Singapore), Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner (PMH-C), and Accredited Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) Practitioner.


This series run weekly in the month of August, every Thursday, 1000 AM to 1130 AM. It is conducted in person at Holding Ground (Psychology Practice). We are located at 318D Tanglin Road, #01-58, Singapore 247979.

  • Creating an action plan for a sustainable mindful parenting routine
  • Group reflection on mindful parenting journey and sharing on plans for maintaining mindfulness practices
