This is an introductory module that is only for people who have not done mindfulness before.
In a world that keeps us switched on, it’s no wonder our nervous systems feel constantly overstimulated. Join Eric Lim, certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher, for a 3-hour immersive workshop designed to help you awaken to the power of awareness and reclaim your presence in a world that constantly pulls at your attention and energy. In the midst of ongoing demands, it’s easy to feel like we’re always doing, reacting and running on autopilot, yet rarely truly being present.
This workshop is a chance to pause, breathe and reconnect with what nourishes you, not just mentally but in your nervous system as a whole. Through guided mindfulness practices, gentle movement and reflection, you’ll learn what mindfulness is and isn’t, how to regulate stress, shift out of reactivity and return to a place of equanimity and clarity. We’ll also explore the art and science behind mindfulness and how it supports your physical and mental well-being, helping you meet each day with more intention, ease and resilience. Whether you’re a curious beginner in this journey or looking to deepen your practice, this session invites you to come home to yourself.
