Mindfulness Art Therapy for Pain & Stress Relief

🎨 4-Week MAT Program: Mindfulness Art Therapy for Pain & Stress Relief

“Every brushstroke clears a past tension.”

🌿 Release Pain. Relieve Stress. Reclaim Your Breath — Through Art.

Are you holding onto stress, tension, or emotional overwhelm?

Do you feel pain in your body… but can’t quite find the words?

This 4-week journey is for anyone seeking relief through a powerful blend of:

Mindful breathing. Body awareness. Gentle, expressive art-making

You don’t need any art experience. You just need the willingness to pause, breathe, and express what your body remembers.

🌀 What is MAT (Mindfulness Art Therapy)?

Developed by JJ Mok, MAT combines modern mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and intuitive creative expression — using each brushstroke as a signal to release stored tension.

🖌 What You’ll Experience

✅ Grounding breathwork to calm the nervous system

✅ Gentle somatic practices to reconnect with your body

✅ Art sessions designed to unlock emotion and release pain

✅ Tools to manage stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm

✅ A safe, creative space — no judgment, no art skills needed
