About this Event
This 6 session course offers an experiential learning approach to shape one’s psychological well-being and mental resilience through mind-body practices. Techniques and mindfulness practices taught will help one to better cope with stress or anxiety due to occupational burnout or academic stress.
This course is based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, developed by Dr Jon Kabat Zinn at the University of Massachusetts (UMass) Medical School in 1979. Curriculum is based on the Undefeated Mind Course offered at NUS .

- Request for transfers or make up-classes for selected mindfulness courses are subjected to availability and fees of $30 for transfers and $10 for make-up are applicable.
