Come join us in Mindfulness by the Bay (MBTB) to relax and recharge your body and mind through a series of light activities. Take the time to discover and explore the beauty of life, and regain control over your inner harmony.
Lydia, your lead instructor will be guiding you through simple and effective mindfulness exercises.
It includes:

👕 Attire: Comfortable casual wear, recommend to wear loose long pants.
