This workshop is suitable for anyone looking to bring more calm and presence into their life, and to know how to improve their sleep quality
WHAT?
This workshop explores how stress and anxious thinking affect sleep, offering practical tools to support better rest. Participants will reflect on their personal stress triggers and gain awareness of habits that may disrupt sleep. They will be guided through simple mindfulness practices—such as grounding, relaxation, and mindful breathing—to calm the mind and body before bedtime. The session also covers key sleep hygiene principles and ends with participants creating a personalised wind-down routine to support consistent, restorative sleep. Participants do not need to have prior mindfulness practice or meditation experience.
