What the participants are saying:

"The course provides a much-needed respite from endless mental chatter which I found to be very nourishing for body and mind. Course materials are top-notch in terms of structure and content, and delivered with much care and thought by trainer Josephine who genuinely looks out for the wellbeing of the participants. Highly recommended if you are looking to reconnect with yourself in the here and now."
"Josephine is an amazing teacher. She’s able to help me understand the concepts by showing us the reasoning behind the practices and how they link / build upon each other. The clarity motivates me to practice as I am clear on how I can apply them in my life's contexts.”
"The 8-week mindfulness for life course was remarkable. It helped me recognize the autopilot mode and to live with consciousness, shifting from reacting to learning how to be comfortable with ‘being” even in highly stressful situations. The course equipped us with tools and skills to navigate challenging and uncomfortable times with greater ease. The programme is welcoming and inclusive to participants from the different age group and background. I am grateful for this experience and the skills it provided.“
