Theme: Appreciation & Gratitude

In a world filled with screens, busy schedules, and plenty of noise, children can easily overlook the little good things around them. This workshop helps children slow down, pay attention to what is happening right now, and discover simple ways to express gratitude for the people, things, and experiences in their lives. Through playful mindfulness games, creative activities, and guided reflection, children will learn to become more aware, happy, and kind to themselves and to others.

Learning Objectives:

· Notice and appreciate small joys and positive moments in everyday life.

· Learn simple mindfulness strategies to calm the mind and focus attention.

· Practice expressing gratitude and kindness to themselves and others.

· Build awareness of thoughts, feelings, and surroundings in a fun, hands-on way.
