Sign up for Mindfulness Foundation Course and your child gets to attend for FREE.
Mindfulness has been shown to positively influence the development of cognitive and performance skills in the young. Children aged 13 - 14 are eligible. Both the parents and students must attend the course simultaneously but in separate classrooms. This is so that parents can support the child's practice and co-reinforce mindfulness being applied in daily life.

Mindfulness Course For Parents
In this 4-session course, you will learn and practise mind-body skills which helps you cope with stress and brings about:
- Balance
- Stability
- Well-being

Mindfulness Course For Students - FREE
The course for students provides them with a taste of mindfulness. Each session is carefully tailored to introduce mindfulness in a fun and engaging way, with the blend of neuroscience and applications in daily lives.
Note to Parents:
- At least 1 parent must attend the Mindfulness Foundation Course (conducted simultaneously in a separate classroom) before the student can attend the Mindfulness for Students Course. This is because mindfulness is most beneficial when practised by both parent and child.
- The registered parent must attend ALL 4 sessions. Registration is not transferable between spouses.
- We apologise that this course is not able to cater to students with special needs, including but not limited to: ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (including Asperger’s Syndrome).

Course fee:
$160 | $32 for seniors eligible for National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidy*
*NSA subsidy is for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 50 and above.
- In addition to NSA subsidy, course fee may be offset by SkillsFuture Credit (SFC).
- First, course participants are to make payment for the course through Brahm Centre Eventbrite page.
- They should claim with SFC before the course start date through the SkillsFuture portal. Click for steps to submit SFC claim.
- Brahm Centre will reimburse the amount that is successfully claimed upon receipt of the funds from SFC.

Upon registering, for the course, you will be invited to complete a pre-course survey. Your registration is deemed to be complete only upon successful submission of the pre-course survey.
Notes:
- Please note that payments for courses are non-refundable.
- Do ensure that you are able to attend the first session of the course before registering for the course as you will not be allowed to continue with the course should you miss the first session.
- Request for transfers or make up-classes for selected mindfulness courses are subjected to availability and fees of $30 for transfers and $10 for make-up are applicable.
