Adapted from the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, rediscover freedom in this 4-week online program. Learn how you can develop the fundamentals of a sound mindfulness practice with deliberate practice & application.

Who are the trainers?

Lim Han Ee, Lead Trainer

Han Ee is the first Singaporean to be fully qualified to deliver the renowned MBSR program. A mindfulness instructor who has trained personally with Jon Kabat-Zinn, he has spent the last 10 years developing mindful leaders, resilient employees and high performance teams at the workplace. Cheng Ming Hui, Co-Trainer

Ming Hui is a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator where she adopts an “inside-out”, awareness-driven approach to harnessing positive change. She is also a Marshall Goldsmith certified coach and brings with her extensive corporate experience in business management, supply chain, finance, HR and the oil and gas industry.
