WHAT?
This workshop creates a compassionate space for individuals seeking support amidst the emotional upheaval of separation while shouldering caregiving responsibilities. Participants will be guided to notice, name, and respond kindly to overwhelming thoughts and emotions, instead of being consumed by them. The workshop also offers practical tools to weave mindfulness as individuals navigate significant changes in life.

• Do ensure you are able to attend the 1st session before registering as you will not be allowed to continue with the course should you miss the 1st session.
• Missing subsequent sessions does not disqualify you from taking part in the course - the trainer is not obligated to recap what was missed.
• Attendance of all 4 Sessions are required for Certificate of Completion.
• Request for transfer or make up class for selected mindfulness courses are subjected to availability. Admin fees chargeable, $30 for course transfer and $10 for make-up session.
•Brahm Centre reserves the right to replan the course should the trainer be unable to conduct the class due to unforeseen circumstances.

Guest speaker:
Clarinda Choh is an educator whose experience extends to organisational development, communications and partnerships. She has led professional development programmes for educators of gifted and high-ability students in Singapore and overseas. She volunteers with the Surviving Divorce Support Group of the Catholic Family Life Society. Across the last 5 years, this mindfulness journey has accompanied her through divorce, motherhood, illness and discovery.
