About this Event

For effective learning, all attendees should participate actively in the online sessions. Your audio & video must be turned on during class. This course builds on the foundational attitudes in the Mindfulness Foundation Course. It is more experiential and exploratory in nature and helps participants understand the triggers of stress and the unpleasantness experienced in life. Strategies can then be devised to cope and reframe these experiences for better outcomes.

Each session lasts 2 hours, comprising of techniques, practice, group reflection and discussion.
