Step into a sanctuary of calm with Fridays at the Shala, our new monthly 90-minute extended practice series at Yoga Seeds Shala. Guided by Wendy Chan, founder of Yoga Seeds, each session weaves together movement, breathwork and meditation to create a deeply immersive mindfulness journey.

You will begin with gentle mindful movements to awaken your body, followed by focused breathwork and body scans that cultivate inner awareness and release stored tension. Wendy will then guide you through a guided meditation and a mindful walking practice, offering practical tools that you can integrate into your daily routine. Whether you seek to deepen your existing practice or explore the fundamentals of mindfulness, this session will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed and more connected to yourself.

Fridays at the Shala takes place once a month at 7.15 pm (timing may vary on public holidays). Yoga Seeds members with a valid pass may attend.
