Join us for a chilled out evening of mindfulness and movement meditation. This in-person event is perfect if you're looking to unwind, connect with your body, and clear your mind. No experience needed—just bring yourself and comfy clothes! Let's move, breathe, and relax together in a cozy, welcoming space. Come ready to reset and recharge your spirit!

About

Sudehpa Stoney has been teaching practicing yoga, meditation since 1997. Every year, Sudehpa goes on yearly follows Himalayan yoga tradition practice with The association of Himalayan Yoga meditation societies international in Rishikesh India. Through her years of teaching and practice, she has observed and learned much about the movement of the human body and its effect on the spiritual, mental and emotional aspects of a person. Her method to wellness is a combination of mindfulness breathing, movement, practice self-awareness and meditation, she has also been organizing small groups for spiritual and yoga journeys to India and Nepal since 1998. She specializes in mindfulness programs for personal wellness improvement.


Learn and practice Mindfulness meditation, yoga and painting to release stress and discover inner peace and the gift of creativity and self awareness.


Service offers:

1. Spiritual (for stress, illnesses) coaching for small group or individual (using Painting, movement and reflection techniques)

2. Body and mind stress relief with relaxation techniques and movements

3. Self-Discovery journey workshops program: stretching, movement, relaxation, painting. (1-6pm) only contact on Saturday.

Sudehpa is trained at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), Centre for Life-long Education and is a multi-time award exhibitor. She is also a certified Advance Meditation Teacher by Union Yoga Ayurveda Singapore.
