TOPIC

Mindfulness for Self-Healing

Mindfulness when carefully employed is a healing tool that can offer additional support to those who are dealing with prolonged stress and anxiety. It will help you build inner resources and resilience so you can deal with emotional distress more skillfully.

In this Mindfulness session, Michelle Ayn Tessensohn will talk about how you can overcome your comparing mind and emotional dysregulation through the cultivation of direct presence and inner safety. You will be led in a mindfulness practice that will help you transform anxiety and distress so you can experience more ease, inner freedom and reconnect with wholeness.

In this session you will learn about and experience:

Mindfulness techniques and approaches to grounding and inner resourcing

How to create inner safety and stability through adapting mindfulness practices

The capacity of mindfulness for self-regulation and developing greater resilience to stress

How you can heal the body-mind by nurturing self-compassion and self-care.

FACILITATOR

Michelle Ayn Tessensohn is a master certified coach who teaches mindfulness meditation classes for self-awareness and self-healing. Her personal and professional journey encompasses over two decades of training and working in the fields of healing, counselling and personal development. She has been practising meditation since 1995 and teaching meditation classes since 2014.

She is currently focused on offering support and resources for gaining inner freedom, perspective and clarity about life situations through mindfulness and self-mastery.
