What happens in a sound bath?

During a sound bath, recipients typically lie down or seated while sound healing instruments like singing bows, crystal bowls, chimes etc are played. These sounds and vibrations help slow down your brainwaves, calm your mind, and relax your body; often leading to a relaxed and sometimes dreamlike state.


Each instrument produces a different tone and frequencies that can help clear energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote a sense of well-being.


Sound Therapist : Anne
Anne began her yoga journey in 2005, initially seeking relief from insomnia, migraines, and backaches. Her dedication to holistic well-being led her to complete a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course, earning her RYT 200 certification from Yoga Alliance.

In 2024, Anne deepened her practice by becoming a certified sound therapist. She holds a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing, specializing in working with individual clients. Guided by the belief that “frequency + intent = healing,” Anne trusts in the body’s natural capacity to restore balance and health

Do I need to bring anything?

Yoga mats are provided. Bring a small towel if you like and have a bottle of water with you. Staying hydrated after session is important.

Is sound bath suitable for everyone?

Yes, generally sound bath is safe, non-invasive and suitable for all. However if you have the following, please let us know before you register or consult your doctors before your first sound bath. - Pregnant women - People with implants (stent, shunt, metallic implant, pacemaker)
