An experiential session that helps students understand attention and build practical focus skills for daily life.

This event is exclusively for Secondary School Students.


Theme: Paying Attention on Purpose

This session introduces mindfulness as a practical skill for improving focus and attention in everyday school life. Through short, interactive activities and guided practices, students will explore how attention works, how easily it gets distracted, and how it can be gently brought back. Rather than trying to “stop thinking”, students learn to notice when they are on autopilot and build simple ways to stay present. The session is engaging, approachable, and suitable for students who are new to mindfulness.


Learning Objectives:

  • Understand what mindfulness is and how it supports attention
  • Notice common distractions and attention habits
  • Learn simple grounding techniques to refocus
  • Apply mindful attention in daily activities
