Mommy & Me: A Journey Through Sound Healing and Energy

A special bonding experience for mothers and children

Join us for a heart-opening session designed to deepen the connection between mother and child through sound, energy, and creative expression.

In this gentle, nurturing space, you and your little one will experience:

- Soothing sound healing to calm the nervous system and bring you into harmony

- Energy practices to feel grounded, safe, and connected

- A short guided meditation to open the heart and awaken the senses

- A simple, magical embodied practice to anchor love in the body

- And finally, a joyful painting ritual, where your child (and you!) can express what you felt, saw, or imagined during this soulful journey.

This is more than a class — it's a shared memory, a sacred pause in your busy lives, and a playful doorway into deeper emotional awareness.

No experience is needed. Just come as you are.

Open to children aged 6 and up, accompanied by their mamas.

One child per mother, please, to keep the experience intimate and focused.

Each ticket is for one adult and includes one child.

Spaces are limited to maintain a warm, personal atmosphere. We can’t wait to welcome you.

About Your Facilitator

Hi, I’m Nadia — a mama of two, an energy therapist, sound healer, and professional executive coach.

My journey began in the fast-paced world of corporate leadership, working globally as a C-level headhunter. While I’ve helped many professionals navigate the pressures of work and life, becoming a mother opened a whole new chapter of understanding — one that led me deeper into healing, presence, and connection.

Through sound healing and energy work, I’ve found powerful ways to release stress, soften control, and come home to myself — and I love sharing that with others, especially fellow mothers and children.

This Mommy & Me session is close to my heart. It’s born from my own desire to create gentle, magical moments of presence with my children — and to offer that same experience to other mamas like you.
