About this event

Learn how to stay peaceful regardless of what life brings.

Try as we might, we cannot prevent things we don't like from happening. But we can learn to respond to unpleasant situations without additional worry, stress or anxiety. For centuries the practice of meditation has been used to develop and maintain mental peace.

Join us in this 2-week course where we will be learning how to use meditation and special lines of thinking from Buddha's timeless teachings. And gradually be able to develop the mindset that'll protect us from becoming angry, distressed or unhappy. Learn what to do when things don't go our way.
