As part of Journaling Collective, you will receive Monthly Visual Journaling Worksheets designed to stimulate self-reflection and personal growth. These worksheets will guide you through various journaling prompts, encouraging you to delve deeper into your inner world and gain valuable insights.

What sets this event apart is the opportunity for Monthly LIVE Group Journaling Sessions with our experienced facilitator, StephT (IG: @stephtcreates). During these sessions, you will have the chance to connect with fellow participants, share your experiences, and receive guidance on how to harness the full potential of journaling for your well-being. Even if you are unable to attend, you will still be able to watch the recording at your own pace to complete the journaling exercise(s).

Attend LIVE virtual group journaling on Zoom every 3rd Wednesday of the month. Even if you can't attend LIVE sessions lasting up to 1.5 hours each, the recorded session will be sent to you.
