Moon bathing is a great way to get in tune with your body and connect with the cosmos—and it can also help you relax, meditate, and feel more connected to nature.
How Does Moon Bathing Work?
When you are exposed to the light from the moon, it can help to release melatonin, which will help you get a good night’s sleep. The best way to do this is by going outside and basking in the moonlight— all while meditating or practicing yoga.
What Can You Expect From Moon Bathing?
While there are many benefits that come with doing this type of meditation, including better hormonal health, there are also some things that you should expect when engaging in this practice. Some people may experience feelings of peace, euphoria, and even heightened creativity when they go out into nature and take in all that the night has to offer. If you’re looking for something new in your life then this could be exactly what you need!
What Can You Expect During Our Session
We will first gather at Eros Coaching office before heading off to a outdoor location. We will picnic (share food/ drinks), lie down outdoors, share about ourselves and lives, then meditate under the moon. There will be an invite to journal about what we would like to manifest in our lives being a full moon, and a good time to gain more clarity about our life intentions. In case of rain, we will modify the event and do it indoors at Eros Coaching office. Since we need to move outdoors , please be on time!
