Morning Rituals are officially in session. Every Friday at 8AM, guests and neighbors gather in The Garden for a guided wellness experience. From sound baths to mindful movement, it’s one hour to reset before the day begins.
This September and October, Morning Rituals is levelling up with Lululemon. At every class, one guest will be invited for a head-to-toe Fit Styling, a little push to keep showing up for your practice.

A quiet, slow-paced practice with postures held 1–5 minutes to target connective tissues. Gentle yet deep, Yin focuses on hips, pelvis & spine—perfect to balance more active yoga styles.
Stretch
Gentle, effective movements to release tension, improve flexibility & support healthy mobility. Focuses on tight spots like hips, shoulders & spine through dynamic and longer-held stretches.
Core
Build functional strength with poses that target your core. Benefits include better posture, a healthier back & strong foundations for arm balances and inversions.
