"What Makes Me Happy?" is a journey of self-discovery designed to help women reconnect with their joy and cultivate a more fulfilling life.

In a world often filled with demands and expectations, it's easy to lose sight of what truly brings us happiness, and learning to cultivate a sense of joy that radiates from within.

This program offers a supportive and empowering space for women to explore their individual sources of joy, identify any barriers preventing them from experiencing it, and develop practical strategies for integrating more happiness into their daily lives.

Through guided reflections, interactive exercises, and group discussions, participants will delve into various aspects of well-being, including personal values, passions, relationships, and self-care.

"What Makes Me Happy?" encourages women to prioritize their own happiness without guilt, embrace their authentic selves, and create a life that aligns with their unique needs and desires.

It's about rediscovering forgotten passions, nurturing existing ones, and learning to cultivate a sense of joy that radiates from within.

This program empowers women to take ownership of their happiness and create a life filled with purpose, connection, and genuine joy.
