Do you sometimes feel stuck — emotionally or mentally — but can’t quite explain why?

As we go about our busy days, we often suppress and/or ignore our body’s natural movements. “This can wait till later”, we think. Except, we often don’t come back to it later. When the movements are not fully expressed, the underlying emotions can end up accumulating within, leading to that "stuck" feeling. It might be a need to scream, shout, run around to disperse the energy, or hide in a corner to self-soothe.

When we set time aside and allow our body to move in the way it wants to, it can allow the underlying emotions that we’ve stored up to be crystallised and expressed. This can be a first step to get to know what your emotions and body impulses are telling you. It’s like finally acknowledging your body and your natural instincts again.

This session offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and move what needs to be moved. Through intuitive movement, reflection, and grounding practices, you’ll reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom — and leave feeling a little lighter, a little more you.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any prior experience with movement or dance?

Nope! This session is for everyone. You’ll be guided to move intuitively — there’s no choreography or “right” way to do it.

Do I need to be fit or flexible?

Not at all! This is a beginner-friendly session and adaptable to all body types.

What if I feel uncomfortable moving?

You’re encouraged to honor your body and move (or not move) in whatever way feels safe and comfortable for you. Everything is an invitation, not an expectation.

What should I bring?

Bring a journal, or notebook and pen to jot down any reflections during the session! We highly encourage you to write down your reflections physically instead of digitally :)

Will I have to share or speak?

Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to just listen and hold space if you prefer!

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing you can move, sit, and lie down easily in.

Is this therapy or a fitness session?

No, this isn’t therapy or a workout. It’s a guided somatic exploration — a gentle way to connect with your body and emotions through movement.

Organized by

Let Me Be is here to help you return to who you truly are — before the world told you who you had to be.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, disconnected, or like you’re living a life that doesn’t fully feel like yours… you’re not alone.

Many of us are moving through life on autopilot — shaped by expectations, old stories, and inherited patterns. Let Me Be exists to help you gently unlearn that conditioning and come back to yourself.

We blend Human Design, breathwork, self-reflection, with a variety of other modalities and practices to guide you back to your own clarity, rhythm, and truth.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about peeling back the layers until what’s left feels real, aligned, and fully you.

If you’re ready to lead your life from a place of intention — not obligation — you’re in the right place.
