WHAT’S GOING DOWN?
On 18th October, Singapore's fitness community comes together to raise awareness for mental health! Murph for Minds 2025 takes place across 10 gyms islandwide, taking on the iconic Murph workout.
This year, Aidan Chemaly from Ragtag Training, along with 16 athletes from partnering gyms, will attempt 6 rounds of the Murph challenge over 24 hours to raise funds for the Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) , supporting their vital work in suicide prevention and raising awareness of the importance of mental wellbeing.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Everyone! Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just looking to sweat it out for a good cause, you’re welcome. Take it on solo and attempt it as prescribed or scaled down, or team up with a friend and share the reps.
HOW MUCH IS ENTRY?
$30 per class (plus $2.54 Eventbrite admin fee).
All proceeds go directly to Samaritans of Singapore (SOS). Secure your spot via Eventbrite today. Slots are limited, so don’t wait!
