Kuriosity - Your Electronics Playground

This Musical Unicorn Coding Workshop is suitable for children ages 7 and up. Combining creativity, coding and electronics, it's perfect for curious ones who are ready to take ownership to produce a crowd-controlled DIY christmas showcase this festive season. Join us for hands-on fun! Your kid will be guided to:

Understand fundamentals of coding with micro:bit ​

Code origami unicorn to light up and sing christmas carols

Make and design origami unicorn
</LI>

This workshop aims to help your kid build creative confidence and be up to speed with coding terminologies and basic coding concepts.  And of course, bring home their magical handmade creation to demonstrate their joys of learning this festive season!
 
Workshop Schedule
This is a 3.5-hour workshop designed for first timers. Workshop will be conducted at Kuriosity Electronics Playground (B1-23 Sim Lim Tower). No coding experience required. 
Prereqs & Preparation
All participants must be able to bring a laptop and mouse to the workshop. All other tools, parts and accessories will be provided on-site. Price includes bringing your creation home, excluding the micro:bit.
Refund Policy
We understand that, sometimes, plans change. If you can no longer make it to a workshop, please email us at least 7 days before the scheduled event date for a full refund. No refunds will be given to last minute cancellations.
Note: Minimum of 2 and maximum of 8 kids per workshop. Bring 2 kids to start the fun! 1 adult per kid welcome to join for FREE. We're keeping the group size cosy to encourage interactive learning. You will be fully refunded if the workshop minimum is not fulfilled.
