About the cook

Hello all! My name is Alessandro, I’m 33 and I've been living in Singapore for more than 5 years! I am from Northern Italy, Parma. I love good food, travelling and football! I love the food in Singapore, so now in return, I would love to share the food of my land.

What’s the story behind the dishes at the dinner?

The dishes I will be presenting are typical of my region in Italy and use all ingredients that can be readily found in farms that are quite common in my region.

• The event will proceed rain or shine.

Who should come?

• Participants must be fully vaccinated.
• Dinner served is non-Halal and not suitable for vegetarians. Food may contain dairy, nuts, eggs and gluten. Participants should indicate your food allergens at the registration page.

What to bring?

• Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably.
• Asthmatic individuals are encouraged to bring their inhaler.
