Having founded 4 companies in Singapore and Myanmar, including Crossworks in 2018, Jeshua has recently returned from his travels across 55 countries in 5 continents amidst the global pandemic. He has visited all 14 states and regions of Myanmar and created over 100+ videos about Myanmar's people, places, culture and lifestyle that have garnered millions of views online.
Christine Lin (HR Manager, Crossworks Myanmar)
Visiting from Myanmar, she started as a remote employee for a Singaporean company before rising to the ranks of HR Manager of Crossworks Myanmar. Today, she leads a team of 7 and manages about 50 remote hires for over 20 Singaporean companies in roles such as web/mobile developers, UI/UX designers, video editors, graphic designers, writers, marketing, accounting and admin executives.
Yusri Shaggy (Founder, Paradise Pictures)
A digital content creator and founder of Paradise Pictures, multimedia artist for theatre shows and an employer of a remote video editor since 2019, Yusri will be sharing his experiences working with and managing his remote hire from Myanmar before, during and after the pandemic.
