Where and when will the event be held?

NCPC APAC 2024 will take place in Dubai on 19 September 2024. Please note that all times and dates reflected in the website and brochure are in the Gulf Standard time zone (GMT+4).

Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?

No cancellation is allowed upon registration. There will be no refund made for non-attendance. However, if you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to another party or postpone to the 2025 edition.

Will I be able to receive speaker presentation slides?

Yes, you will be able to download the slides upon completion of the feedback form at the end of the conference. Please note that only slides approved by speakers will be downloadable.

Are refreshments provided?

Yes, coffee, tea, water, snacks and lunch will be provided.
