Natural Reconnection Session: A Somatic and Meditative Experience

Natural Reconnection Session: A Somatic and Meditative Experience

Labrador Park MRT Station (CC27)Singapore
Saturday, Mar 28 from 5:30 pm to 7 pm
Overview

Give yourself the permission to be with nature, slow down, and listen to the wisdom within.

About the experience: 🍃༄
Already a quarter of the year has passed, and perhaps a new season has begun. This practice of natural attunement is a not a hike - it is a slow, reflective, and embodied practice.

During the session, we move at an unhurried pace and pause often. Through nature-inspired invitations, such as listening to the sand, holding a natural object, or resting in stillness — we allow nature to meet us where we are, without trying to fix or force anything.

This practice draws on somatic awareness, gentle attention, and non-linear exploration. Experiences may feel calming, emotional, grounding, or quietly insightful — each person’s experience will be different.

This session is open to anyone who feels drawn to slow down and listen — to themselves, to nature, and to what emerges in the space between. 🌳

"I enjoyed and benefitted from Terence's teaching and sharing. He is an excellent life coach and befriender. He opened my eyes to how to find inner calm and meaning. There are practices that I intend to put to daily practice." - Sally

About me:
In my previous work, I partnered with horses and nature to conduct experiential sessions. My certifications are a unique blend of having a Social Work degree alongside Equine Assisted Learning and Coaching certifications. I've also attended multiple experiential courses about natural connection around the world. My dream is to reignite our connection with nature through a partnered, healing experience.
