As a speaker and facilitator, she is known for creating safe, engaging learning environments and equipping participants with practical skills in communication, active listening, and constructive feedback.
Mr Goh Jon Keat, Academic Director of Aventis Graduate School
Jon Keat is the Academic Director at Aventis Graduate School, bringing over 20 years of expertise in finance, investments, and economics. He began his career in the Treasury Department of a foreign bank before moving into stockbroking as an investment analyst and later into institutional sales. Since 1998, Jon has been dedicated to academia, shaping the next generation of professionals through his teaching and leadership. He is known for bridging academic knowledge with industry insights, providing learners with practical perspectives that enhance their leadership and decision-making skills.
Dr Tan Kim Lim, Senior Faculty, James Cook University
Dr Tan holding a Ph.D. from Curtin University. His research focuses on human resource development, employee behaviour, and consumer behaviour, with a particular emphasis on the future of work and technology adoption. Dr Tan has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Business from Monash University. In addition to his academic work, Dr Tan has over 10 years of public sector experience in operational and strategic HR roles, as well as national-level HR policy work. He is an active speaker at regional conferences and sits on the editorial committees of several academic journals.
