About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

In this virtual one-hour talk, we will equip you with essential conflict-resolution skills to approach challenging conversations with confidence and empathy. We’ll break down techniques for de-escalating tense situations and ensuring that discussions remain productive and respectful. Discover how to turn disagreements into opportunities for growth and collaboration, rather than confrontation. By understanding the dynamics of conflict and communication, you’ll learn how to foster healthier, more effective relationships with colleagues.

I’m offering these lunchtime talks for free because I’ve seen the struggles of individuals, especially clients who have difficulty attending evening events due to family, work, and other commitments. I believe in making personal and professional growth accessible to everyone, regardless of their busy schedules. These lunchtime sessions are my way of giving back to the community. I’m also seeking sponsors who share these values and are committed to positively impacting people’s lives.

This is a free virtual talk lasting one hour. The recording will be available for 30 days to those who pre-register. Afterward, the recording will be available for purchase, and the slides will not be downloadable or for sale. Those wishing to receive AASECT CE credits can pay for them. You can type into the chat box during the session, and we will mute everyone except during the Q&A session, time permitting. Feel free to turn your video on or off.

This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 1 CE credit. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification. Completion of this program does not ensure or guarantee AASECT certification.
