Simply indicate your workplace / hospital, which unit / section /department during registration for a FREE class on Eventbrite. T﻿his is a event specially curated for the national service men and frontline hero / heroin who contributed relentlessly to the Singapore nation. You just need to enter $2.14 as ticketing fee to Eventbrite.F﻿or public, a standard rate of SG$58.00 / pax shall be applicable. Please PM me to transfer via PayNow or PayLah. In this 75min session, you'll be guided with mindfulness, basic breath-works and a deep healing Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath, sometimes accompanied with Native American Flute tuned to Earth's frequency.* For Laya Studio regulars, you will be entitled to get a15% discount for this event. Please less off 15% and transfer via PayNow or PayLah.How to get there- By MRTChinatown MRT exit C, walk through People's Park Food Centre towards carpark direction, there will be a flight of stairs that leads to a 3 storey colonial style building.- By CarComing from Outram Road turning into Eu Tong Send Road. Turn left after the ERP gantry and traffic lights, then drive up to Pear's Hill Road. Continue straight ahead towards Blk 195 Pearls Hill Terrace. Car Park is charged at only $0.90/half hour.What to preparePlease arrive 10 min before the class starts to settle in. Do come in comfortable outfit that allows you to stretch out. Yoga mats are provided, but it is encouraged to bring your own mat. Do bring your own cover materials such as eye mask or shawl to keep yourself comfortable. The session will start on-time and door will be locked 5 min after the class starts. Latecomers are not allowed to admit so as not to disrupt the class. Please arrange any reschedule or refund at least 24hr before the even starts.S﻿ee you at the mat!
