INSEAD NAA Career Development & Lifelong Learning brings you this workshop that will equip you with necessary tools to become an effective negotiator. You will not find simplistic methods in this workshop. Top negotiators know there is no single framework, whether “win-win” or “win-lose,” that works every time. Instead, over intense half day workshop, you will sharpen your skills as you learn new best practices and personalize techniques that can work in your next negotiation.

This is not a lecture course. Instead, you will be put to the test. You will negotiate with different partners in a wide variety of situations. By identifying your own and your partner’s negotiation styles and then working with them, you will forge better deals. Feedback, including videotaping and real-time peer feedback, will help you hone your edge.

This power-packed workshop will be conducted by Kunjal Patel. Kunjal is the Head of Business at Nielsen Singapore and has been passionate about negotiation as a subject since early days in his career. He is an Oxford MBA and has 17 years of experience in commercial leadership, consulting and entrepreneurship. He has used his negotiation skills in the fields of M&A, corporate turnarounds, larger partnerships etc.

To keep the workshop meaningful and interactive, we are keeping the size of the workshop limited to 15 participants only.

The event would be hosted at Crane Club, a member for members social club for mature professionals, which runs curated programming for personal development. Members can join complimentary classes from art to fitness to specialist workshops, or run their own content to reach a wider audience!
