Happiness can be elusive. One moment we can be happy and the next moment, we are not. Happiness is important and it is linked to lower heart rate and blood pressure, and it boosts the immune system. Happiness is also what we live for!

Has this something to do with our brain? Can we train our brain to be happier and how do we do that?

Attend this seminar to find out from Harvard's leading neuroscientist, Dr Sara Lazar!
