NEW MOON: FLOW AND CACAO
Join us for an energising and creative Vinyasa flow in the heart of Richmond, followed by music and cacao to welcome the New Moon.
NEW MOON: FLOW AND CACAO
Join Amanda for an energising and creative Vinyasa flow designed to build strength, balance, and intention as we approach the New Moon.
We’ll begin with a dynamic, strong practice to generate heat and clarity, then gradually soften into grounding shapes and relaxation.
The evening will close with ceremonial cacao, guided rest, and uplifting live vocals, creating space for heart opening, reflection, and connection.
After practice, you’re invited to stay, enjoy light refreshments, and connect in an intimate setting. Limited spots available!
ABOUT
Amanda is a West London–based yoga instructor specialising in creative, dynamic Vinyasa flows. Her personal practice began 14 years ago, and she has been teaching for the past five.
Originally from Denmark, Amanda spent much of her early life in Southeast Asia before moving to the UK to pursue a career in the performing arts. Over time, she followed her calling to share the transformative power of yoga.
She has completed over 500 hours of teacher training in both Bali, Indonesia, and Goa, India. Having spent some time in Bali during the pandemic, she developed a deep connection and understanding on cacao ceremonies and the healing qualities of music, which are elements she now weaves into her teachings.
Her approach blends strength and softness, creativity and grounding, ultimately holding space for others to reconnect, open their hearts, and return home to themselves.
