It goes beyond our behaviours, thinking styles, strengths, and it reveals our subconscious WHY that consistently drives us: our core fears and core motivations in life.
The thing that pains us is that when people know their core fear and motivation - their why - based on their Enneagram Type, they end up boxing themselves in with, “I am Type X, that’s why I have this issue.”
