Join us for a weekend of teachings and guided meditations based on the book How to Transform Your Life. This book covers practical topics to guide us towards a more meaningful and inspired life, from the basic foundation of what we should know, to how to make progress in our spiritual path through love and compassion.

Be transformed by these instructions in improving our understanding of Buddha’s teachings and applying them to our daily life.

There will be 4 guided sessions each day. You can book one day or a full weekend.
