Prior to his current appointment, he had been the Executive Director of Commercial market at Savills for three years guiding its growth to be a dominant player today.

He had also spent 13 years at Colliers international overseeing its Office Services division. He brings a wealth of experience in real estate and has an
 intimate knowledge of the industry especially from a user’s perspective across multiple asset classes. In his professional capacity, Marcus has acted for some of the world's most foremost corporations.
<h3>The Speakers</h3>Chou Mei , Group Director for Conservation &amp; Urban Design of Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)Chou Mei is the Group Director for Conservation and Urban Design at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Singapore’s land use planning and conservation authority and is a registered architect with the Board of Architects. Since she joined URA in 2000, she has played a multi-faceted role, integrating land use planning, urban design, conservation and place management. Yoon Young Kim , President of Schneider Electric (Singapore, Malaysia &amp; Brunei)Yoon Young Kim brings over 20 years of international experience in the Automotive and Lighting sector, across several industry segments throughout South America, Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, Russia, and the Middle East.

In his current role, he maintains his mission to drive the cluster towards further
successes in the expansion of both business and manufacturing capability in
 Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.
Richard Paine, Managing Director of LendleaseRichard Paine has over 28 years of property industry experience and has worked on numerous high profile projects, in partnership with co-investors and on fund mandates in the Asia Pacific region. 

With 15 years’ real estate experience in Asia, Richard has developed an extensive network with government agencies, investors, banks and key stakeholders. Richard has a very good understanding of the success factors for property development, ownership and performance.
