NomadX Connect is a series of activities organised by NomadX, bringing like minded people together to come connect with us.
Back by popular demand, workout with Jiamin (@jyanyoga) virtually during this stressful period.
Jiamin will be hosting four classes per month from April - June 2020.

Class Schedule as follows (Subjected to changes):
#1: Core (15th April 2020, 6.30pm to 7.15pm)
This 45-mins core work consists of fiery flows and rep work, weaving in playful arm balances towards the end of the class. Expect to sweat, burn and feel your core towards the end of the session!
#2: HIIT Yoga (22nd April 2020, 6.30pm to 7.15pm)
This class combines HIIT (high intensity interval training), a powerful practice that infuses high energy and dynamic into your asana practice. You'll be pushed to your sweet edge, leaving the class feeling energised and accomplished.
#3: Splits and Hips (29th April 2020, 6.30pm to 7.15pm)
Learn to stretch into splits with this grounding vinyasa class that focuses on mindful breathing, longer passive holds, and dynamic kicks, targeting mainly the hips and hamstrings. Consistent practice will help you acquire and maintain flexibility to accomplish the splits.
#4: Daily Stretch Routine (06th May 2020, 6.30pm to 7.15pm)
Learn to increase your flexibility through a flow with passive holds to stretch out your shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings. You will leave this class relaxed and rejuvenated.
#5: Yoga Sculpt (13th May 2020, 6.30pm to 7.15pm)
This class will help to build lean muscle, stability, and strength in your arms, legs, booty, and core. A total body class that ties it all together- mind-body awareness of yoga with muscle-toning movements.
#6: Inversions (20th May 2020, 6.30pm to 7.15pm)
In this class, we will cover inversions and their proper alignment to set ourselves up for success. We'll guide you through the foundational, in-depth instruction and guidance to headstand and forearm stands in a way that will dissolve fear for students of all levels. Learn how to access these empowering poses and incorporate them into your regular yoga practice with ease. Time to turn your world upside down.
#7: Heart Opening (27th May 2020, 6.30pm to 7.15pm)
This backbends and twists class builds strength, mobility and flexibility, which creates freedom in the spine. Start with an open mind and end with an open heart.
#8: Splits and Hips (3rd June 2020, 6.30pm to 7.15pm)
