Suitable for complete beginners, therapeutic yoga introduces gentle poses and breath work practices to strengthen the mind-body connection. The aim for these classes is simply self-care, and to cultivate awareness of the intuitive body. The class will also include Hatha Vinyasa Yoga which weaves yoga poses together in flow sequences to increase flexibility and build strength.
Kindly bring your personal yoga mat as yoga mats will not be provided.
