As a CIO, CTO, product manager, solution architect, or development lead, you're expected to ensure resilience of your digital systems and to keep your systems modern. But how do you lead confidently in such complex and important endeavours when there have been many instances of high-impact, heavily-publicised system breakdowns and failed/poor modernisations - e.g. then President Obama acknowledging poor system launch and resilience of his "ObamaCare" universal health insurance system. Around the world, there have also been many instances of business leaders having to resign, or have other penalties imposed on them and their businesses, for high-impact issues in modernisation and resilience.

This session is designed for leaders and specialists driving IT modernisation and resilience initiatives. It begins with foundational insights and relevant frameworks, plus case examples of how bad things can become, and how good looks like. This is followed by a panel discussion featuring industry experts who have tackled these challenges firsthand.
