Say adios to 2020 this NYE with a laid-back cosy dinner at Super Loco Robertson Quay, starring our chef’s favourite picks from the year and a four hour free-flow session of margaritas, bubbly, wines and beers to keep the fiesta vibes flowing as we welcome 2021 in high spirits!

FAQs

Is there a menu available before the free-flow period?

• We will open at 5pm, and the Set Menu will be available from that time.
• Free flow for beverages will run from 5pm-9pm. Ala carte drinks can be ordered from 9pm, with last drinks orders at 9.30pm.

Can I change or add more people to my table after I have bought my ticket?

• Due to social distancing measures, tickets for this event will be sold strictly by the table and the number of seats indicated when you select and purchase your table.
• Single tickets will not be sold.
• Unfortunately we cannot add or change the number of people allocated per table after the point of purchase. Adding more people to the table would mean that those guests would be within 1m of the next table and not sufficiently distanced.
• We are strictly required to maintain at least 1m between each party hence why the seating allocating has been made as indicated in the table plan.

Do children, including infants count towards my person count on my table?

• Yes they do. The number of people allocated per table (including children and infants) is done to ensure that at least 1m of social distancing between each party.

Can I purchase children's tickets separately?

• Children's tickets are not sold separately and are included as a person in the table package ticket. This is due to the limitations placed on us with seating capacity and social distancing required between groups.

What happens if I arrive with my party and there are more people than allocated on my table purchase?

• Each table will be allocated the number of chairs for the number of people per ticket, any extra people will unfortunately be unable to be seated and will be unable to join your party.

Why can I only purchase one table per transaction?

• Unfortunately we can only accept bookings of up to 5 people at one time to do our part to ensure large groups do not book adjacent tables to discourage intermingling between groups. This is a Singapore Government mandate on restaurant establishments.
• If we observe intermingling between tables we are obliged to ask those guests to leave the premises.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

• Taxi - this is the best option. Alight at The QuaySide roundabout.
• Car - you may park at Studio M, Intercontinental Hotel or Quayside Car Park
• MRT - alight at Fort Canning MRT station and head towards Quay Side
• Bus - River PI Condo or Blk 2
• IMPORTANT - some roads will be closed on the day of event, so we recommend to plan your trip and allow some extra time to arrive if you are meeting friends.

Will there be any road closure in the area on the event day?

• Please follow our Facebook page for details on road closure.

What's the dress code?

• Get festive and don on your brightest outfits!
• Smart casual is the way to go. Lightweight fabrics are recommended.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

• This event is open to all ages.
• Children (at all ages) are considered as 1 seat, and will need to purchase a ticket at full price
• Children have to be supervised at all times.

COVID-19 & SAFE DISTANCING REGULATIONS

In compliance with government regulations, kindly take note of the below safety measures:

• All guests will have to check in & check out through the SafeEntry QR code at our restaurant.
• All guests will have their temperatures taken before entering the venue. If you are unwell, kindly seek medical attention as required.
• We can only accept dine-in groups of no more than 5 people, including infant children.
• Each table will be set at least 1m apart, and strictly no mingling between groups will be allowed.
• All alcoholic beverages must be consumed by 10.30pm. Unconsumed alcoholic beverages will be cleared from the tables by 10.20pm.
• Masks must be worn at all times unless you are consuming any food or beverage.
• We seek your understanding and cooperation with our team in complying to the official government regulations.
• Any guests who are found flouting social distancing regulations, will be asked to leave the premises without a refund given.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Tickets are priced per table.
• Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis.
• Due to social distancing measures, we are not able to amend a booking to accomodate additional persons to confirmed bookings.

• The food menu is a fixed set menu and items are not interchangeable.
• A vegetarian set menu is available. Please reach out to us with the number of guests from the table who will be choosing the Vegetarian set, after confirming your reservation and making payment.
• We will require full payment to confirm your reservation. Refunds are allowed up to 7 days before the event.
• Free Flow beverages will remain strictly between the hours of 5pm to 9pm. In the event of late arrivals, guests will not be granted an extension on the Free Flow timing.
• Guests with table packages may be asked to run a credit/debit card tab for additional beverages ordered on the night of the occasion.
• Super Loco Robertson Quay will be exclusively available to guests who have bookings in venue on New Year's Eve. We will have a host at the entrance and only ticketed guests will be allowed entry. We may have walk-in tickets available for sale at the door, subject to availability and capacity.

• This is a rain or shine event with sheltered seating. The party continues, and we will do our utmost to make our guests comfortable. There will be free ponchos available in the event of wet weather.
• Guests are entitled to a maximum of 2x drink orders per request. Kindly consume all food and drink orders before requesting more.
• We do not have a corkage policy. No outside food and drinks allowed.
