Get ready for Ola Fitness Grind — happening on Saturdays this October at Ola Beach Club!
Join us for a session with Shaun Tapuz, Sigrid Chia, and Brian Jun for a fun and energizing Sculpt, Pilates, and Meditation held outdoors right on the beach! This 3-session series is designed to boost your strength, flexibility, and stamina — all while soaking in the sun and sea breeze.
Sweat it out with the sand beneath your feet and the ocean as your backdrop!

Note: Suitable for age 12 years and above. Participants aged 16 and below must be accompanied by an adult.

For Participation in Ola Fitness Grind (Indoor & Outdoor)
1) Assumption of Risk & Indemnity
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I understand that participation in fitness activities, whether conducted indoors or outdoors, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, dehydration, heat exhaustion, or other physical injuries.
- I recognize that outdoor sessions may be affected by heat, humidity, and weather conditions, which can impact my performance and wellbeing.
- I confirm that I am physically fit and free from any medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in this session.
- I will inform the instructor(s) of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to the session.
- I understand it is my responsibility to stay hydrated, wear appropriate attire, and take breaks when needed, especially during outdoor activities.
- I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release, waive, and discharge the organisers, instructors, employees, affiliates, venue owners, and any associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to injury, illness (including heat-related conditions), loss, or damage sustained during the session.
2) Media Release Content
I, the undersigned, grant full permission to the organisers and affiliated partners to photograph, film, and/or record me during this session or event.
I agree that:
- These images and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes across platforms including social media, websites, and printed materials.
- I waive all rights to royalties, compensation, or prior approval related to the use of such media.
- I understand my image may be used with or without identification and may be altered or edited for publishing purposes.
If I do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, I understand it is my responsibility to inform the organisers before the start of the session.
