The function of the instrument Gong and Singing Bowls are commonly used in sacred places to induce quietude and silence – the cosmic background Sound and space where life thrives best.

This is a simple and gentle method to evoke stillness.

And as a consequence, the act of doing is refined to be meditative and focused.
