Join me for a powerful online Kundalini Energy Transmission via Zoom, a one-hour sacred journey from the comfort and privacy of your own home. This is your opportunity to connect with your inner power, release stagnant energy and open the door to profound healing and transformation.

In this session, you'll simply lie back and receive a flow of potent energy which I channel, allowing your body's innate wisdom to guide the process. There's nothing to do but be open to receiving. This is a chance to to let go of what no longer serves you and to embrace this energy in your life.

Joining via Zoom

  • Create a quiet, undisturbed space where you can lie down comfortably for the full duration.
  • Use good loudspeakers if possible (louder the better) this deepens your experience, reduces outside distractions, whilst also creating a bubble for your process in this altered state of consciousness.
  • Test your setup (Wi-Fi, camera angle, sound) a few minutes before we begin.
  • Please keep some lights on even if dim, so I can see you
  • Kindly mute your microphone as there is no sharing during the session.
  • Prepare your space, dim lights (however please keep the lights on), you may wish to burn some sage/palo santo, light a candle, and have water and blanket nearby.


After Your Kundalini Activation

  • Support your integration with gentle awareness and gentle movement.
  • Do not drive straight away, give yourself time to land before getting back on the road.
  • Stay hydrated, drink clean water to help your body process the shifts.
  • Eat grounding foods such as root vegetables, whole grains, or warm nourishing meals. Limit process foods.
  • Rest and allow, your system may continue integrating the energy for hours, days, even weeks.
  • Spending time in nature, walking, sitting under a tree, or being near water supports grounding.
  • Journal or express creatively, drawing, writing, or sound can help release and integrate insights.
  • Avoid negative media or overstimulation, choose calming inputs (silence, gentle music, uplifting content).
  • Be mindful of social interactions, you may feel more sensitive, do your best to protect your space.
  • No big life decisions immediately after, allow clarity to unfold naturally over time. You may experience shifts in your life from subtle to big.
